After a few weeks of receiving no responses to our email, we at BZ sent out inquiries to known friends of Kiwigirl about her unusual silence. Only Johnny H. had any sort of lead. He had heard through MySpace.com that she had computer problems. Ridiculous we thought. She is a Penn State trained engineer and ex-NASA rocket scientist turned ex-pat, mum and MI5/6 double agent. No way a little software glitch could keep her down. There had to be something else behind her disappearance. We kept up our search.
Saturday, 23 June 2007, from uraplonker@specialbranch, an obviously phoney email server(tricky kiwigirl), this single attachment was receive at BZ:
It became so clear, there’s no computer trouble, she’s back in Happy Valley doing some postgraduate work!

New Kiwigirl update!
London calling using the new code, here it is:
"...comms are still touch and go. News from blighty: we have a new boss (same as the old boss), we've had a months' worth of rain in 24 hours (Sheffield is the new Venice of the north), and my village now has CCTV cameras installed in the high street to keep tabs on all us middle class yobbos."
