Upper Arlington, an Ancient UFO Hotspot (Part 2)

The Fat Kid reporting. . .

Upper Arlington -- After grappling unsuccessfully with the mystery of the Mexican Chateau, I turned my attention to the surrounding area to see whether it would yield any clues to this mystery. UFO researchers and Fortean writers like John A. Keel love to remind us that unexplained phenomena are frequently observed in or over bodies of water, dumps, stone circles, junk yards, and cemeteries, so the first thing I did was head to the cemetery across the highway. I was not disappointed.

When I finally managed to get my fat ass over there, I walked the perimeter, figuring that the center was, well, just graves. Most of the perimeter was poison ivy and poison oak, but in a clearing in the northeast corner I found a strange path, and the ruins of what looks like a stone circle.

They’re stone, and they aren’t headstones, so they’re obviously megaliths left by an ancient culture.

Stone circles, the most famous example of which is Stonehenge, tend to be found at the confluence of a series of ley lines, which some researchers claim are portals to other worlds, some that they are energy sources used by advanced beings, and some that they are calendars and ceremonial sites. The one thing that everyone agrees on is that they are frequently associated with UFO activity.

On closer inspection, the stones turned out to have strange patterns etched into them, like the spirals of the megaliths of Newgrange in Ireland. These particular etchings, however, also look similar to modern day graffiti, leading me to speculate that thousands of years ago Algonquin teenagers must have gotten stoned here.

When I returned to my new home, I started to look at the satellite photos of the area, and realized that not only is the Mexican Chateau right next to a cemetery, and not only is there an ancient Algonquin stone circle in the cemetery, but the cemetery also sits right next to a bend in the Olentangy River -- a large body of water. So, this area contains three of the five features of areas that have frequent UFO activity. And there’s more. Below is a satellite photo of the area. The tab marked “A” is the exact location of the Chateau. If you follow the road directly east (that is, to the right), you run right into the cemetery road, which leads right to the northeast corner -- the location of the stone circle!!!

The Mexican Chateau, the stone circle, the cemetery, and the river all share a street address.

Essentially what I’m saying, then, is that though I have yet to witness anything unusual, this area is in every way prime real estate for alien activity. Next on the agenda are stake outs, looking for UFO activity, and a thorough exploration of the path beyond the circle.

This four-way intersection of road, river, stone circle, and cemetery will be the focus area of that fat fuck’s “study” of his new neighborhood.
